**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Professional and friendly attitude with strong customer focus
- Reliable team player with strong work ethic
- Computer competency with the ability to learn industry based software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet business demands.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Current, valid driver’s licence

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner
- Prepare a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labour and parts
- Liaise between customers and technicians
- Inform and update customers through completion of service work, as necessary
- Explain completed work and all charges to customers
- Handle payment for all repair orders
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
- Ensure all Company processes, policies and procedures are followed
