**About Us**:
Rooted in the essence of a cherished French saying, "C'est si bon" which translates to "It's so good," we are deeply committed to upholding the spirit of excellence and delight associated with this expression. Our mission is closely tied to this sentiment, as we strive to infuse every dessert and cup of coffee with the same irresistible goodness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Display desserts in the showcase for morning service.
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, including egg washing and ensuring high-quality products.
- Bake and prepare specialty items such as financiers, madeleines, canneles, and other French pastries.
- Icing/Decorate cakes for display and sale.
- Perform other related duties, including dishwashing, as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum of**_ **6 months**_of experience working in a bakery setting.
- Proficiency in various baking techniques, including pastry preparation. (Piping etc.)
- Ability to work efficiently and meet quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and attention to detail in cake decoration.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Punctuality
- Flexibility to work from approximately 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
