Yard Manager

Our Georgetown location is looking to hire a Full Time **Yard Manager**.

**Job Duties**:
**Administration**
- Work with Branch manager for staffing and budgets
- Co-ordinate the schedules for all yard employees
- Employee relations to coach and mentor staff
- Co-ordinate equipment maintenance
- Ensuring our compliance of H&S and policies are followed at all times by staff

**Yard and Warehouse duties**
- Managing and performing all aspects of the yard functions including receiving, yard setup and customer service functions
- Ensure proper housekeeping protocol to protect product and ensure health and safety along with a presentable yard to our customers
- Managing all of the yard employees which includes task assignment
- Providing and maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Oversee inventory control
- Training of employees
- Backup to Shipper position to Prioritize and set delivery schedules and organize loads to be built
- Maintaining and ensuring valid training and certification of all employees and equipment
- Equipment operation as needed
- Perform yard duties as backup when necessary
