**Williamson Automotive Group**, is currently seeking a Parts Advisor to join our exciting team. Williamson Automotive has been a leading employer in the Uxbridge community for 74 years. We strive to provide a great team-based atmosphere and are actively involved in the community.

This is a **permanent, full-time** position, so we are hoping to find the right fit for our team, in this the role you opportuntiy to work from either our dealership located in **Lindsay, On, or Uxbridge, On,**.

The Parts Advisor will provide excellent customer service to retail and wholesale customers. In the role you will maximize the sales of accessories both OEM and aftermarket to the retail and internal market. A customer centric approach to all duties and interactions is a must This is a fast-paced parts department with our goat set on 100% customer satisfaction.

**What you will do**:

- Assist customers (including internal technicians, wholesale, and sales staff to obtain parts
- Answering phone calls to provide price quotes or information regarding for parts
- Place part orders
- Assist the Parts Manager in keeping an organized up-to-date and fully stocked parts department
- Assist walk in customers in selecting required parts, provide suggestions, comparisons, and requirements
- Assist outside sales representative with their orders
- Create and maintain merchandising displays to promote products sales
- Locate and acquire parts and accessories from a variety of sources to ensure prompt supply and competitive offerings.
- Perform other duties as required/requested by management.

**What you will need**:

- Experience and knowledge in accessory sales along with a vast knowledge of after-market accessories is preferable
- Knowledge of PBS is considered an asset
- Strong computer skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Previous Chrysler experience an asset
- Valid Ontario Driver’s license and drivers abstract
- A “can do” attitude putting customer needs first
- Strong communication skills
- Physically able to lift 25LBS
- Motivated team player

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
