**Position Overview**:
As a Luxury Indian Bridal Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of our boutique's mission to provide an unforgettable shopping experience for our discerning clientele. You will assist brides-to-be in selecting the perfect ensemble from our exclusive range of luxurious Indian bridal wear, ensuring they feel confident and radiant on their special day. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients, offering personalized styling advice, and guiding them through the entire bridal attire selection process with professionalism and warmth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming clients, understanding their preferences, and guiding them through our collection of luxury Indian bridal wear.
- Develop strong product knowledge and stay updated on the latest trends and designers in the Indian bridal fashion industry.
- Assist brides-to-be in selecting bridal ensembles, coordinating accessories, and completing their overall look with attention to detail and style.
- Offer personalized styling advice and recommendations based on individual preferences, cultural traditions, and wedding themes.
- Manage client appointments efficiently, ensuring each bride receives undivided attention and a seamless shopping experience.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-up communication, assisting with alterations, and addressing any post-purchase inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with the boutique team to achieve sales targets, uphold brand standards, and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Participate in bridal events, trunk shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and attract new clientele.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the bridal or fashion industry.
- Deep understanding and appreciation for Indian bridal fashion, culture, and traditions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with diverse clientele.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for style, trends, and garment fit.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
