**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions tailored to students' individual needs (program is designed by the LDAO-C).
- Implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Communicate effectively with students to explain concepts clearly and encourage questions.
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching methods accordingly with guidance from the LDAO-C as required.
- Create a supportive and motivating atmosphere that promotes learning and self-confidence.
- Collaborate with parents to discuss student progress and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and hours tutored.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to students.
- Ability to engage with children and create a positive rapport.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed academically.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 10 per week
