- The Tray Planner is a strategic role directly supporting our company vision to be the preferred supply chain partner in Bakery in North America. The Tray Planner is responsible for supporting supply chain planning and scheduling functions, objectives, practices, people and systems with the goal of optimizing customer fill rates and minimizing organizational costs in full alignment with Wonder Brands Inc business objectives.
- This position provides the single point accountability and the leadership necessary to achieve key divisional objectives: managing inventory levels and turns; achieving/improving targeted customer service levels; and reducing end-to-end supply chain costs. The Tray Planner will work cross-functionally with peers in demand planning, transportation, warehouse operations and customer service.

- CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Day-to-day management of returnable packaging, while proposing improvements and/or setting new processes and tools as required.
- Create and maintain forecasting models for future needs of returnable packaging.
- Assess risk and make decisions related to management of returnable packaging within the network, and communicate foreseeable issues cross-functionally.
- Develop strong linkage with manufacturing sites and ensure the plants are following latest supply plans.
- Responsible for achieving target fill rates across all businesses and maintaining finished goods inventory at target levels with minimum obsolescence and scrap.
- Creates and fosters an environment of continuous improvement, teamwork, accountability and innovation.
- Demonstrates organizational savvy with ability to build key alliances necessary to get things done.
- Creating financial budget for packaging may be required.
- ABOUT YOU:

- 3 years of related food supply chain experience desired.
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, Mathematics or related.
- Clear and concise communication skills, and can negotiate when necessary.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills while valuing data integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with focus on advanced Excel skills and analysis.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
