**PRODUCTION ASSEMBLER**

**Pay starts at $18.00/hr with an increase after 3 months to $18.65**

**Straight Days; 6AM to 2:30PM- Weekdays**
- ** Must have experience with hand saws, power drills, tape measure, caulking guns, and some CNC equipment. You are a "handy-man" by nature and very comfortable with tools.**_

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform assembly tasks such as drilling of components, placement of parts.
- Ability to use measurement tools for accuracy.
- Conduct quality checks at various stages of assembly.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify any issues that may impact production by notifying supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety and quality procedures.
- Maintain records of production activities, reporting missing components, incorrect parts, or inferior product quality.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Various handling of materials, use of various power tools such as hand saw’s, power drills, caulking guns, and some CNC equipment.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent & pass a criminal background check.
- **Experience with hand and power tools, as well as tape measures, a must. Must be very handy with various types of tools.**
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in exterior construction materials.
- Familiarity with various assembly techniques, including glass install, power drill, Quality inspection, and hand eye co-ordination.
- Ability to read and interpret various documents, diagrams, and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively as assigned.
- Flexibility to work the Day Shift with availability of some overtime as required and based on customer demands.
