Junior Paralegal

We are looking to hire someone to work in our corporate department as an **entry-level** **junior paralegal**. The job will entail taking care of corporations by preparing annual maintenance for our clients.

The tasks of the job will include, but may not be strictly limited to:

- Annual resolutions;
- Federal Annual Returns; and
- Provincial Annual Declarations.

Applicants may be of any experience level or education background. They will be integrated in our team of paralegals and will be teamed up with our paralegal specialized in annual maintenance.

**REQUIREMENTS**

Experience: All levels welcome

Availability: Full-time

Language: Bilingual (English & French)

- Knowledge of Microsoft Word; basic computer knowledge; and capable of learning new computer programs.
