Plumber

Responsibilities:

- Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other technical drawings
- Assemble pipes, fittings, valves, appliances, and fixtures using hand and power tools
- Perform heavy lifting of equipment and materials
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
- Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters, HVAC technicians, and electricians to complete projects
- Provide excellent customer service to clients

**Requirements**:

- Commercial driving experience preferred
- Mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems and their components
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating pipe lengths, angles, and volumes
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately
- Experience with remodeling projects is a plus
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials as needed

**Salary**: $64,458.62-$119,326.51 per year
