Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Conduct construction estimating and budgeting tasks
- Utilize ProCore and Bluebeam software for project management
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Supervise on-site staff and subcontractors
- Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the project
- Implement construction management software effectively
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance

**Skills**:

- Proficient in budgeting for construction projects
- Strong background in construction estimating
- Experience with ProCore and Bluebeam software
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Excellent supervisory skills to lead on-site teams effectively
- Knowledge of quality control procedures in construction projects

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 60 - 68 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
