**THE PROJECT**

This is a generic posting for multiple remote sites in the area. We are working hard to transform the camp experience and create a warm, welcoming environment. We are looking for energetic, reliable, trustworthy, and passionate individuals to join our team and make our projects successful.

**Job Description**:
The Breakfast Cook is responsible for the delivery of Breakfast Service and reports to night shift Sous-Chef. The Breakfast Cook follows the instructions of the Chef to ensure that breakfast is served in a timely manner and to quality standard.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of all breakfast items.
- Following the scope of work set forth by the Chef.
- Following the 6-week Breakfast menu set forth by the Chef.
- Assisting the Sandwich & Salad Cook in the preparation of Grab & Go items as required.
- Serving breakfast to guests.
- Baking cookies, pastries, and breads as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Physical Demands**:

- Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Climb ladders or stairs.
- Stand, walk, squat, kneel or sit according to task for extended lengths of time.
- Perform repetitive hand work requiring full use of both hands.
- Work with arms above shoulder height.

**Qualifications**:

- 4 - 6 years kitchen experience
- 1 - 3 years as a Breakfast Cook or Second Cook
- Remote camp experience is an asset
- Valid Advanced Food Safety certificate.

Additional Information

Breakfast Cook works on a rotational schedule.
