Onyx Land is a full-service land company owned and operated in the Province of Saskatchewan. We have decades of experience in land acquisitions, management, and administration. We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our expanding team in the role of _Land Agent._

**Daily work responsibilities**:

- Negotiation and acquisition with landowners and related stakeholders
- Coordination of projects with project management team, land administration, and other land agents throughout the life cycle of a project.
- Road Work - travel to various locations in and around Saskatchewan.

**Skillset**:

- Effective negotiation, communication, and Interpersonal skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize a variety of tasks
- Rural and Urban field experience with acquisitions would be considered an asset
- Self-driven with excellent attention to detail.

**What you need**:

- Valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License
- Clean Criminal Record Check
- A positive team-player attitude
