Job Description, Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of customer service including but not limited to the following;
- Processing the orders, sales, payments and scheduling the freight pick up for various accounts.
- Resolving customer disputes and maintaining customer complaint log/generate corrective action plans
- Processing rebates if required.
- Filing of documents.
- Assisting the Key Accounts Sales Manager with data and other requests.
- Writing up daily deposits

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Business/Accounting education entry level
Preferred Skills
Excellent oral and written English skills; French is an asset but not required
Additional Notes
Must have excellent organizational skills.

Pay: $39,000.00-$41,000.00 per year
