Personal Caregiver

Bayshore is growing and we are seeking **Continuing Care Assistants **who are looking for flexible hours in the Amherst area.

You will be creating special one-on-one moments for clients that are matched with you (your skills and availability). We customize care plans and solutions that allow them to remain in the comfort of their own homes and continue to see a familiar face through on-going visits.

**Nature of Home Health**
- Hours: We have a wide variety of visits that range from one hour to a 12-hour visit
- Clients: We provide service to all people in the vulnerable sector

- Transfer - If there are mechanical lifts present, we as a company will provide training before exposure to the client

Job Qualification

**Who You Are**
- You have a desire to help improve the lives of those in your community
- You are dedicated to providing high-quality care services to clients and you have knowledge of practices for community care
- You have a reliable mode of transportation
- You have a clear Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check or are willing to get them
- You are seeking a Personal Care role, you have completed a formal, accredited caregiver training program and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience
