**Benson Lock** is a well-established locksmith company seeking a skilled **Locksmith Technician** to join our dynamic team. With over 30 years of experience serving the GTA, we offer a stable and rewarding work environment.

**The Position**:
Technicians will be required to commute to our head office located in Richmond Hill Monday through Friday and travel using a company-provided vehicle to various work locations across the GTA to complete work for our valued customers.
Pay will be determined on experience and will range from $30.00/hr - $42.00/hr.

**As a Locksmith Technician at Benson Lock, you will**:

- Provide expert locksmith services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete various locksmith tasks, including lock repairs, installations, and emergency services.
- Repair and install various types of locks, including deadbolts, Mortise locks, keypad locks, and electronic access control systems.
- Install and troubleshoot automatic door operators.
- Perform key cutting, pin re-keying, and Master key system setup.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of locksmith experience
- Valid driver's license (clean abstract)
- Technical skills: Proficiency in lock repair, installation, and troubleshooting
- Experience with automatic door operators
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Computer Skills: Comfortable using a work order cellphone-based app to complete jobs throughout the day
- First aid certificate/WHMIS/Fall arrest not required but is an asset

Pay: $30.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
