E-commerce Manager

**What we want**:
- Develop and execute eCommerce strategies and business goals in accordance with overall business strategy
- Manage and optimize all online content, pictures, design of the Marketplace listings, ie: Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Sears, Wayfair
- Research, gather and build content and deploy new product listings across all online Channels
- Manage all online listings, product details, and inventory
- Help manage exterior consultants who participate in our product launches
- Marketplace performance and health monitor and suggest methods of improvement
- Ensure that the website experience is optimal with a focus to improve conversion rate
- Managing our Magento eCommerce website, including product, content, and static pages through our central management system (CMS)
- Monitor sales trends, product trends and develop strategies to adjust to the changing market
- Research competitors to ensure our online strategies are consistently new and fresh for the best customer experience
- Establishes and track metrics for success, such as traffic, engagement and conversion
- Ensure we have accurate and reliable ecommerce product data, categorization, and visual merchandising
- Work with all Marketplace account reps to fix problems, open tickets and build relationships
- Monitor and manage our overall Marketplace account health and make recommendations to improve seller performance
- Manage Amazon FBA and vendor strategies and process order fulfillment

**Who you are**:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce, Marketplace management and Digital Marketing
- 2+ effectively implement eCommerce sales and marketing strategies
- Able to work with large amounts of data and manipulating
- Skilled in the use of business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Optimizely
- Working experience with Helium and other related software
- Able to implement new tools, software, technologies & systems
- Demonstrated skills in achieving sales, profitability, and budget goals
- Ability to set, prioritize, manage and delegate multiple tasks
