Cleaner

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks in educational facility, including offices, washrooms, changerooms and common areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, including countertops, tables, and door handles
- Dust furniture and fixtures
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment, including power tools and hand tools
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
- Strong communication skills to interact with others
