Customer Service Representative

Delta, Canada RSS IT Systems Inc Full time

RSS IT Systems Inc is a Delta-based thermal transfer printer repair depot and label broker. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to help us with our day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities and Duties would include
- Arranging shipping for orders placed by customers
- Inventory Counting
- Working directly with upper management with regards to special projects related to the growth of the business, including
- spreadsheets
- information gathering
- marketing

Training will be provided, but basic knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft Office will be seen as assets

Office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
