**Your Presence on the Floor**:

- Manage the ebb and flow of guests with both calm and urgency, recognizing that you are often the first and last person guests interact with.
- Continuously optimize the reservation book to maximize seating capacity and streamline service.
- Ideally, you have experience with OpenTable, confidently setting up the floor plan for the day and preparing for your colleagues' success in the coming week.
- Maintain open communication with Servers, Bartenders, and Managers to ensure proper guest flow and service standards.
- Understand and convey knowledge about our neighborhood to visitors new to Toronto or the area.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar is an asset
- Experience with OpenTable is an asset
- Passion for food, beverage, and providing excellent customer service
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong oral communication skills
- Ability to take direction, prioritize tasks, and maintain professional urgency
