Scarborough, Canada Flowers Cannabis Full time

**The Budtender is educated about cannabis and strive to drive sales and build lasting relationships with customers.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Create lasting impressions and experiences for Flowers Cannabis customers by building organic relationships with customers.**
- **Successfully drive sales by educating consumers on cannabis.**
- **Demonstrate a high level of cannabis knowledge and curate experiences that go above and beyond expectations.**
- **Successfully achieve sales goals and business metrics.**
- **Seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results on a daily basis.**
- **Support with inventory management and practice proper section ownership to ensure customers have access to the right stock to drive sales.**
- **Support with completing all tasks and duties within the store architecture, as assigned.**
- **Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures (education, merchandising, cleanliness, security, checklists etc.).**
- **Ensure you are aware of all company communication, rollouts, directives and procedures.**
- **Abide by all company policies and programs, ensuring compliance.**
- **Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, provincial and municipal legislation.**
- **Complete tasks as assigned by the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and Team Leaders.**

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum age 19 years old or age as specified by the provincial government**
- **Able to lift boxes 5-30 lbs**
- **Must be flexible with hours of work and be comfortable with ever changing duties**
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**
- **Eagerness to learn**
- **Demonstrate high levels of integrity and responsibility**
- **Can Sell certification required**
- **Criminal background check required**
- **Passionate,Enthusiastic, Welcoming and Amazing**

**Licence/Certification**:

- **Cannsell + Back Check (required)**:

- **Valid G,G2 Drivers License**

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
Personal protective equipment provided or required
Plastic shield at work stations
Social distancing guidelines in place
Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place

**Experience**:

- Cannabis: 1 year (required)
- customer service: 1 year (required)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
