We will proudly be serving **Modus Coffee** and our beverage menu will include espresso-based drinks (with a twist), batch brew, karak milk tea, Moroccan-style mint tea, and a few made-in-house, caffeinated, and non-caffeinated drink specialties.

**Role Responsibilities**
- _**Take orders and provide excellent customer service**_ _while staying calm under pressure and avoiding mistakes while taking and giving out orders._
- _**Menu knowledge**_ _and the ability to confidently answer food/drink-related customer questions. _
- _**Make a variety of caffeinated and non-caffeinated drinks**_ _while ensuring the proper execution of drink recipes even at the busiest of times._
- _**Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities**_ _with the ability to stay calm under pressure/during rushes._
- _**Uphold standards**_ _for quality, cleanliness, daily equipment maintenance, organization, and safety in all areas of coffee preparation and service_

- _**Communicate clearly**_ _with management and the rest of the team. _
- _**Ability to follow instructions and training**_ _based on guides and training materials._
- _**Be respectful of customers and coworkers**_
- **Qualifications**:

- _**1+ years minimum experience **_working in a fast-paced coffee shop or café environment is an asset but not required._
- _**Excellent communication **_and interpersonal skills_
- _**Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining quality and consistency**_ _in all aspects of service & beverage preparation. _
- _**Passion for (approachable) coffee, **_ensuring that all types of coffee drinkers feel welcome._
- _**Punctuality and ability to work early mornings**_, if needed_
