**Front Counter Sales Representative**

**Watford, Ontario**

**Role Description**

Your positive mindset, sales & and organizational skills, willingness to be cross-trained, and customer-first approach, will make you stand out and be successful in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver excellent customer service and offer a positive first impression of the shop.
- Confidently provide product information to customers in a friendly manner.
- Provide pricing, recommend services and parts, and prepare and present customer quotations.
- Review work orders with technicians, present and discuss any additional work needed with customers.
- Book and order parts and tires needed for appointments.
- Efficient and detail-orientated data entry skills are required to enter appointments and orders into POS/internal systems.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum of 1+ year experience in customer service, counter or inside sales role.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Demonstrate understanding of the automotive or related industry and aptitude for learning product knowledge.
- Strong personal commitment to health and safety
