- In this role, you will:_
- Assist in the development and deployment of Babcock Business Management system.
- Undertake Quality Assurance support activities for the delivery of all sectors engineering work, including both customers and suppliers.
- Through a combination of job records inspection, analysis, and audit processes, review documentation to ensure full compliance with Babcock Canada’s Quality Assurance requirements.
- Support and direct on the development and release of the new processes, procedures and forms in support of Business Management System.
- Maintain and update QA department documents and actively participate in updating/revision process.
- Assist with internal and external audits as required and also audit external vendors.
- Produce Non-Compliance Reports.
- Other duties as necessary
- You hold an accredited post-secondary education in an applicable field.
- You have 1-3 years of experience in Quality Engineering and experience with ISO 9001, 45501 & 14001
- Qualifications and experience as an auditor are an asset.
- You have detail-oriented, have strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem resolution skills.
- You demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to produce quality results in a timely manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, meaning that you must have received the full series of a COVID-19 vaccine approved by the Government of Canada with the final dose at least 14 days prior to your start date
- You are eligible for a Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance
