**Job Summary**:
**Research Associate - Formulation - Sherbrooke**

As a **Research Associate** for our** Formulations** team in **Sherbrooke**, you will be responsible for following up on studies and working to improve the efficiency and quality of work within the department.

In this role, key **responsibilities** include:

- Participate in the follow up of study plans for the update of the short/long-term schedules
- Participate in maintaining an inventory so that all materials necessary for the conduct of studies are available
- Contribute to quality control by reviewing worksheets and the work related to the assigned studies
- Participate in technical work in the laboratory (R&D, validation, production, and instrumentation) when help is required
- Act as a resource person to resolve technical problems
- Actively collaborate with the manager and trainers to ensure that the technical staff receives the required training

**Key Elements**:
We are looking for the following minimum **qualifications** for this role:

- DEC in sciences or AEC and/or relevant experience
- Demonstrate ability for teamwork, a positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and professionalism
- Good adaptability to changes

**Role Specific Information**:

- Location: easily accessible using Sherbrooke’s public transit systeM/Free parking / Electric vehicle charging station
- Pay: As per Salary Scale
- Schedule: Full time, permanent position (37.5 hours/week), depending on the needs, you may have to do overtime.

Each year approximately 300 investigational new drug (IND) programs are conducted in our Safety Assessment facilities.
