WHAT YOU'LL BE EXPECTED TO DO: _*
- 1on1 coaching with multiple talents (at least 70% of your week) on topic such as:

- Optimizing content
- Auditing their channels
- Posting on multiple social media platforms
- Strategic planning of social media marketing (Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube, etc.)
- Build long-term relationships with talents
- Prepare and deliver presentations
- Create different kind of reports for talents and direction
- Follow the different social media trends

**_WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: _**
- Degree in marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in social media platforms
- Be proficient in the use of social media platforms and tools
- Social media marketing skills are a must
- Broad knowledge of trends is required
- Comfortable with platforms such as Youtube, Tik Tok, Instagram, Twitch, Life Streamer
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Able to manage priorities and work in a changing and fast-paced environment
- Dedication and flexible schedule
- Good team spirit while able to work alone
- Ability to think outside of the box and be creative
