**Summary of Role**:
**Skills, Requirements & Responsibilities**:

- Managing incoming calls and respond promptly customer service inquiries
- Enter and review orders, following up with the customer when necessary
- Improving customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Resolve any customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage warranty claims and shipments if parts are required
- Work closely with Sales team to coordinate and support their needs
- Identify opportunities to promote and provide advice on products and services
- Communicate and uphold policies and procedures through verbal and written communication
- Work with other departments like marketing and product development to provide customer feedback and insights

**Qualifications**:

- Understanding and proficiency in Windows and MS Office, including Outlook and Excel
- Understanding and proficiency of NetSuite software is considered an asset
- Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
- Retail or wholesale distribution experience is considered an asset
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Willingness and ability to travel if required (Events within Alberta)
- Valid Driver’s license an asset
- Desire to provide the ultimate customer experience, being customer and solution focused
- Outdoor Enthusiasm: A passion for outdoor activities and basic knowledge of outdoor gear, equipment, and products to better connect with customers.

**Benefits**:

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
