**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement strategies to procure necessary documents and approvals for clients.
- Offer exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
- Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Word, Access, and Windows for documentation and data management.
- Lead workshops or informational sessions for clients on immigration topics as needed.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within the immigration field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access) and familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- A commitment to continuous learning about immigration policies and practices is essential for success in this role.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
