Hairdresser

There are approximately 30 residents that get their hair done regularly, everything from a cut to perm. The current schedule is Tuesday and Friday mornings but this is flexible.

Flexibility also needed in understanding that due to current Pandemic and Ministry and Public Health Directions, there may be times when the salon needs to close.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to receive education to ensure they are able to provide excellent person-centred care to their clientele.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$33.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:

- Masks are required.
- Visitors (including caregivers), with the exception of children under the age of 5 are required to be fully vaccinated.
- We are rapid testing every person over the age of 1 who enters the home.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Georgetown, ON L7G 2B8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- hair styling: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Hair Stylist Certification (preferred)
