Position Vacancy: Hardwood Refinishing Labourer

Arlo Homes and Interiors is an Ottawa-based company that began when two construction companies joined forces to better serve our nation’s capital. Our small team is built of dedicated, supportive, and caring team members who are focused on creating a customer-centric renovation experience. We are focused on adding Hardwood Refinishing Labourers to our team to increase our capacity to serve our clients.

We are seeking a Hardwood Refinishing Labourer who takes pride in their work and enjoys working as part of a team. We expect all of our team members to maintain great relationships not only internally and with our clients, but with our sub-trades as well. Depending on skill level and experience, we are offering a starting rate between $21-25/hour.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform refinishing duties for both residential and commercial properties
- Prepare surfaces for refinishing by removing old stain, filling holes, and cleaning floors
- Utilize power tools and machinery to refinish the floors
- Work closely with other team members to ensure timely project completion
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

You must have your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- Monday to Friday
