JNPSoft helps aftermarket auto part suppliers with the mapping, maintenance, development, and publishing of their catalog data.
We are looking for an entry level data processor that has knowledge in excel and a desire to learn more by processing data in the aftermarket car parts industry. This is a full time, work from home position reporting to the Group Manager. We offer health insurance, dental, visions, sick days, paid vacation and holidays. **Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Become knowledgeable with different software systems used by the company
- Learn to work with the aftermarket standard
- Become familiar with car parts
- Learn to work with different reports and analyze properly
- Ability to analyze data processing in specific car parts based on the assigned project
- Analyze, enter, convert data and further process data from third-party systems
- Ensure quality of data by following the learned process
- Learn to interpret data to take the next steps according to established procedure
- Perform other related duties as necessary

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Excellent data analytic skills
- Being able to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail oriented
- Fast learner
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma required
- Bilingual (French & English)
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Experience with power query or programming language is a plus
