*Duties*
- Design and create unique floral arrangements for weddings, events, and everyday occasions
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect floral arrangements based on their needs
- Keep the store's floral displays fresh and appealing
- Provide excellent floral skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize artistic skills to craft visually appealing bouquets and arrangements

*Requirements*
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting (up to 25 lbs) and meet the physical demands of a fast-paced, busy flower shop environment
- Must have proficiency in floral spiral technique, advanced color theory, and expert-level paper wrapping techniques to create high-quality, visually stunning arrangements that meet our shop's standards.
- at least 1 year experience in flower shop with SIMILAR STYLE
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Knowledge of floral maintenance to ensure the longevity of floral arrangements
- Organizational skills to manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- florist: 1 year (preferred)
