**mdf commerce Inc **. is an international team of approximately 650 experts who develop a broad set of SaaS solutions to optimize and accelerate commercial interactions of its B2B and B2G customers.

We are currently looking for a Team Lead, Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team.

**What will your main responsibilities look like?**

In this role, you will be led to:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment files as required.
- Develop, develop and deploy talent recruitment and attraction strategies.
- Contribute to the development and deployment of the employer image.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal clients and HRBPs to link recruitment activities to business needs.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with different providers, educational institutions and organizations, depending on the chosen strategy.
- Analyze key indicators and share with the VP findings and areas for improvement: hiring times, quality of hiring, costs, etc.
- Maintain monitoring of dashboards and recruitment tools to ensure sound management and governance of processes.
- Manage, coach, develop and set priorities of the team under their responsibility: talent acquisition specialist and talent acquisition coordinator.
- Participate and/or contribute to HR projects.

- Your experience in the industry of technologies is an asset.
