Quality Control Manager

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
- Oversee the quality control team and ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and implement corrective actions
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Train and educate employees on quality control procedures
- Prepare reports and documentation on quality control activities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in quality control or a related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of quality control standards and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 5 Years of experience in Quality control / quality assurance.
- Provide leadership to the Quality Assurance Team utilizing excellent leadership abilities Design and implement a quality strategy
- Collaborate with all functional areas to establish key measurements and key quality initiatives
- Determine and establish elements of the design for the quality and reliability program for manufacturing
- Assist in the product qualification plans and acceptance criteria
- Consider end-user product requirements and ensure that qualifications test plans include these requirements
- Support and schedule QA design verification & validation activities
- Participate in design reviews to ensure compliance to specifications
- Facilitation and implementation of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
- Utilizing extensive experience with ISO 9001:2000 environments, develop and implement procedures and systems to assure the site complies with applicable regulatory standards
- Work with Suppliers to ensure all necessary QA steps and documentation are in place through out the life cycle of the product
- Monitor supplier quality problems, address supplier issues, and coordinate timely resolutions

You will oversee the quality control team, develop and implement processes, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
