Athletic Coordinator

Athletic Coordinator| Summer Camp Director (Sports Camp & Traditional Day Camp)
- Potential for programing elementary school sport leagues such as; Basketball, Flag Football and Volleyball
- Assisting with Cross Country and Track & Field programs
- Prepare program budgets & observe/monitor said budget
- Organize & host volunteer officials/referee clinics
- Book facilities
- Inventory equipment & supplies
- Complete registrations
- Schedule sport leagues effectively
- Recruit & train volunteer officials
- Maintain contact with volunteers, coaches and players
- Ensure that the program is conducted in a manner consistent with Catholic ethics and accepted standards for the safety & health of all participants
- Use C.Y.O. representative committees to resolve problems
- Prepare honorariums for volunteers
- Repair and replace equipment & supplies as necessary
- Use competition & disciplinary committees to resolve problems

Summer Camp Responsibilities:

- Onboarding of staff
- Monitor registrations of campers
- Day to day camp operations
- Conduct staff training
- Communicating with Program Director/Executive Director along with parents of campers.

**Salary**: $25,000.00-$32,000.00 per year
