At AKV we are looking for a livestock Attendant/Sheep Tender to raise sheep, to help carry out feeding, health and breeding

**Responsibilities**

Tasks
- Handling animals
- Monitoring animal health
- Perform livestock feeding
- Treat livestock health issues
- Weaning
- Feed and tend animals
- Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
- Maintain livestock performance records
- Perform general farm duties
- Monitor health of animals and provide care
- Prepare animals for transportation
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.

**Physical Demands**:

- Handling material manually
- Standing
- Walking and running
- Bending or twisting the body
- Making repetitive motions

Work Environment:

- Outside, exposed to weather
- Extreme temperatures
