Customer Service Representative - Autoplan

Each day is unique in this role. The daily work may look like any combination of tasks, such as:
Analyze client inquiries by providing information on products, services and matching customer needs. Provide and process new/renewal and mid-term changes of registration, license plates, temporary operating permits, transfers, garage policies, floater plates, prorate plates, special coverage policies and cancellations for individual and fleet clients.
Promote, explain and recommend coverage and additional products available.
Maintain excellent working knowledge of ICBC products and guidelines, keeping up to date with changes and new guidelines.
Maintain an established book of Commercial Auto business.
Create documentation, processes, procedures, policies as required.
Support the account management teams with commercial Autoplan inquiries.
Perform other related duties as assigned. How this opportunity is different
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Autoplan Division within Aon Reed Stenhouse in Victoria, BC. Skills and experience that will lead to success
2+ years Autoplan experience.
Knowledge of fleets and garage policies.
Outstanding MS Office skills; including Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous attention to detail, refined organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Experience with ICBC batching and inventory.
Insurance Brokers Association of British Columbia (IBABC) Level One (1) License required ; Level Two (2) preferred. How we support our colleagues
