We are growing We are excited to create a new opportunity in our Precision Ag department providing call center support to our customers and team along with internal and external training.

As the first point of contact for customer calls you triage and diagnose customer issues with the intent of quickly addressing questions and precision ag equipment problems to minimize machine, technology, or digital solution downtime. Supporting the Precision Ag Specialist Field team to find solutions and if necessary, open cases with John Deere. As the trainer, you develop and deliver internal and customer training on all precision farming and John Deere products and technologies.

Since this is a new position, we are looking for someone that is excited about moving forward with little information. You will work very closely with the Corporate Precision Ag Manager and Field Specialists to develop the role and how best you can provide support to the Precision Ag team and our customers. Ideally this position is based in Avonlea.

- Most importantly, have a farming background and directly understand agriculture and the challenges facing growers to optimize their yields.

**For you to be selected for an interview you have**:

- 3+ years' experience in an agriculture-related role
- Precision Agriculture work experience
- Experience using John Deere Operations Center, but other agriculture data collection platforms may be considered.
- Experience with Expert Connect a strong asset.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting data, trends and reports then translating that data to easily understood information.
- Public speaking, training, and facilitating experience an asset.
- Digital Technology Degree or associates diploma a strong asset.
- Driver's license required.
