**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the department.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate staff members.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
- Ring in customers when required (depends on shift/time of day)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-35 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$16.50 per hour

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Work setting:

- Department store

- Coldbrook, NS B4R 1B7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
