**WELCOMING YOU TO THE TEAM**
- In this role, you will be part of the IT Operations teams in our Distribution & Usages Business Group specializing in general infrastructure and incident management support.**GETTING A FLYING START**
- As IT Operations Analyst, your main role will be to participate in activities and services related to the local infrastructure needs for our Canadian plants with the opportunity to support other sites across the Americas. You will install, configure and maintain IS /IT infrastructures (Networks, Servers, PC etc.), monitor the operation of logical and physical equipment and be responsible for overseeing the incident management process to minimize the impact to business operations in North America.- Categorize and identify incidents in the ticketing system ensuring identification of causes, diagnosing and supporting resolution in compliance with the procedures in place
- Provide support assistance to incidents not solved by Level 1 support
- Identify, assess and manage operational and cybersecurity risks and implement appropriate actions
- Support external provider’s delivery performance by setting up standardized and published SLAs and ensure that KPIs are regularly followed-up on
- Oversee all user community communication and ensure that Performance is fully shared am Drives implementation of standard execution of the Incident Management (IM) process
- Oversees the lifecycle of P1s and P2s Incidents. Make sure all process activities are performed, monitored, and reported relying on all IT Services delivery actors
- Ensure Major Incident communication towards internal IS/IT teams and partners is following defined escalation principles and is of good quality
- Monthly dashboard collection, analysis and communication (process KPI and measure SLA performance) : IC Weekly Backlog + RCA action plan Backlog to be created.
- Report, escalate and remediate IM process deviations (to minimize resolution time and number of incidents)
- Perform incident reviews for Major Incidents and recurrent incidents via performed Postmortem reports and Root Cause analysis (RCA) as input to Problem Management (PM)
- Propose adequate changes to the Change Advisory Board when needed and when connected to IM and PM activities among the user community

**YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN**
- A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science with a minimum of 5 years of Information Technology experience
- Thorough knowledge of information systems theories, practices and technical concepts relative to business systems, hardware, and network infrastructure
- Fluent in English - oral and written
- ITIL training - certification preferred
- You will work with Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), MS Active Directory, Microsoft SCCM
- Experience in Networking (Switches, Access Points. Firewall)
- Experience with structure network cabling - it will support to coordinate vendors in the factories
- Manufacturing experience IT and OT
- Ability to provide general information and respond to questions from managers, employees, and other customers in a professional and pleasant manner
