BarBurrito is a dynamic Canadian franchise that is rapidly expanding across the country. We are seeking a full-time Operations Lead to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta to join our innovative team and help drive our brand's presence to new heights.

**Overview**

We are looking for an Operations Lead to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant locations across Alberta and British Columbia. The Operations Lead will be responsible for conducting restaurant audits, working closely with franchise partners to address deficiencies, and assisting in various operational aspects. This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel as needed.
- Assisting Regional Operations Leaders in their assigned regions.
- Conducting store audits and visitations, and collaborating with franchise partners to rectify any deficiencies.
- Providing support for new store openings and resale transfers.
- Working with franchisees and their teams to ensure alignment with all aspects of the business.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure overall success.
- Assisting franchisees with local community engagement through an approved Local Store Marketing program.
- Contributing to the success of national marketing rollouts, Limited Time Offers (LTOs), and any recipe updates or changes.
- Ensuring that standards outlined in the Operations Manual are met without compromise.
- Overseeing the maintenance of company-owned equipment and materials.
- Handling guest complaints effectively.
- Demonstrating strong multitasking abilities and a high level of situational thinking.
- Assisting ROL regions in achieving financial and operational objectives.
- Regularly traveling to restaurants as required.
- Maintaining a flexible work schedule with the ability to travel for extended periods.
- Owning a reliable vehicle and holding a valid driver's license.

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education with a diploma in business (an asset).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in the Quick Serve Restaurant industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and P&L reporting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
