As a **member of the management team**, you act as a leader by inspiring and guiding your team towards achieving store goals. In your role as **supervisor**, you are a reference in terms of customer service and your involvement consists of:

- Listening, advising, and offering exceptional customer service to our customers;
- Mobilizing, coaching, and empowering the team by sharing the company as well as the management team’s vision;
- Ensuring that objectives are met in the department by structuring and organizing the work to be done;
- You always put the **customer first**?
- You are a **reference** in customer service, sales and product knowledge?
- You show **adaptability** and act as an **agent of change** in your team?
- You know how to get **results** and achieve **goals**?

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
