- Manage and oversee store staff
- Answers enquiries and resolves customer complaints regarding mail and parcel services.
- Establish work schedules to ensure high levels of customer services are delivered while budgets are being met
- Record all sales transactions completely and accurately in Point-of-Sale system
- Meet or exceed store sales goals by conducting regular review of sales and implementing corrective measures
- Check inventory numbers to make sure all items are in stock
- Ensure sales are trained on product knowledge, selling skills and customer service
- Communicate with customers to seek feedback so as to better understand needs and adjust services accordingly.
- Manage customer complaints with professionalism
- Ensure effective space management techniques are utilized and appropriate visual and operational standards are met
- Open and close the store when needed
Experience
7 months to less than 1 year
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
