We are an agricultural manufacturer specializing in the production of TMR mixers, spreaders and dump boxes. With over 25 years in business, we have proven to be a leader in the development and production of innovative and robust agricultural farm equipment.

We have two production facilities in Ontario located in **Glencoe** and **Thamesville**. Our products are manufactured in our Glencoe facility and then transported to Thamesville for final assembly and shipping.

**_The Opportunity_**

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our growing team. The responsibilities of this position will include but are not limited to:

- Foster a positive employee relations environment and maintain a strong working relationship with employees at all levels of the organization; provide guidance on employee relations and engagement strategies
- Administer the WSIB portfolio including injury intervention, prevention initiatives, accommodations and return to work policies
- Address employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, issuing corrective action and escalating as needed
- Prepare internal communications and other formal documentation in collaboration with leadership.
- Champion the annual performance appraisal cycle
- Develop and implement new HR programs
- Consult, coach and support to the management team in all areas of Human Resources
- Provide direction, leadership and coaching to the HR Coordinator
- Post-secondary education with a major in Human Resources or a related field
- Proficient in the use of HRIS (BambooHR)
- 5-7 years progressive experience within Human Resources
- Strong customer service skills with the proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
