Bartender/mixologist

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their drink selections.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe drinking environment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in bartending or mixology is preferred.
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with cashiering systems is a plus.
- A passion for the food service industry and creating memorable experiences for customers.
