**Position Title**: Auto Body Technician

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and surface refinishing, according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to repair and reshape vehicle body parts, such as fenders, doors, hoods, and bumpers.
- Remove damaged components, such as glass, trim, and interior panels, and reinstall or replace them as needed.
- Perform quality inspections on completed repairs to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Complete repair orders, documentation, and time records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Keep work area clean and organized, following safety protocols and using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Collaborate with other team members, including estimators, painters, and administrative staff, to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices for auto body repair and refinishing.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in auto body repair preferred.
- 310 b license
- 5+ years of experience as an auto body technician, with a proven track record of successful repairs.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for auto body repair and refinishing.
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques, materials, and processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship, with the ability to produce high-quality work.
- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
