Wine Merchant

Location: Windsor, Ontario

As a **full time Wine Merchant/Key Holder **you will play a vital role in customer service, engaging customers from the moment they enter the store, to their lasting impressions.

Your role:

- assist in product selection and provide knowledgeable information on food pairings
- Opening and closing of the store
- Point of Sale (POS) as required including sales reconciliation
- Merchandising
- Execute all marketing and operational programs
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg.
- Must be available to work evenings and alternate weekends.
- Steel toe shoes required.

Must Bring:

- Keyholder retail experience, minimum 2 years
- Previous wine, beer and spirit knowledge will be considered an asset
- Smart Serve certificate
- Strong communication skills
- Positive and outgoing attitude
- Ability to sell and cross sell products
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
