Steamfitter/pipefitter

Tantalum Mining Corporation (TANCO) owned by Sinomine (Hong Kong) Rare Metal Resources Co. Ltd. is a mining and manufacturing company located 60 kilometers Northeast of Lac du Bonnet, Manitoba. We are seeking a **Red Seal Steamfitter/Pipefitter.**

The work schedule is 10 hr days, Monday to Thursday.

The position offers competitive wages and benefits package.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**
- Lay out, fabricate, assemble, install, maintain and repair piping systems and equipment.
- Receives instructions, drawings, and work orders from supervision.
- Interprets drawings, determines working procedure.

**EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance within a manufacturing environment.

**CERTIFICATION / SKILLS**
- Red Seal Certification
- Work independently with mínimal supervision.

**PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES**
- Ability to lift, bend, twist in performing the functions.
- Frequent walking and standing for extended periods of time.
- Exposure to moderate noise and odors.
