**Responsibilities**:
- Perform an audit of existing Power Platform Environments and Code Management Processes providing recommendations and guidance to avoid potential issues and improve efficiency.
- Develop Work Standards and Processes for Staging Applications across Power Platform Managed and Unmanaged Environments.
- Develop Work Standards and Processes for Power App Project Source Control in Azure Dev Ops.
- Assist in the development of appropriate User & Permission configurations for Power Platform Applications.
- Develop and/or lead the development of Pipelines required for Source Control and Environment Staging.
- Lead the implementation of Work Standards and Processes ensuring they are fully adopted by Project and Operational Resources.
- Mentor Technical Resources recommending and implementing Best Practices for Power Platform Development and Administration.
- Develop and Build Project Components as required to help accomplish Project Milestones. Other technical duties as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Technical Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering
- Certified Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or;
- Certified Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate
- Minimum 3 years Building Solutions with Microsoft Power Platform
- Minimum 5 years designing Architecting Enterprise software solutions.
- Experience working in a highly integrated environment
- Experience leading technical teams
- Background configuring Power Platform Environments and Exporting/Importing Solutions across Environments via Pipelines
- Experience designing Model Driven Apps in Microsoft Power PlatformKnowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, and HL7 messaging.
- Experience configuring Azure Dev Ops Repositories to manage Power App Development Source CodeExperience using multiple SDLC methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Agile)
- Experience with Power Platform Plugin and Azure Function Development
- Experience writing technical specifications and technical documentation
- Troubleshooting skills, the ability to determine issue impact, the ability to resolve complex issues, and the ability to consistently exercise sound judgment and initiative in stressful situations.
