**What does this role involve ?**

As a key member of our finance team, you will work closely with our CFO to assist in the production of financial statements, the analysis of financial reports and variances, as well as in the budgeting and month-end processes. You will also be responsible for cost management, cash flow and cash requirements planning. You will be asked to help improve accounting policies and procedures to ensure the efficiency and quality of the company’s financial programs.

**What will your daily life look like?**:

- Assist the CFO in the production of financial statements
- Analyze financial reports and variances
- Be involved in costing, cash flow and cash flow planning
- Produce financial analyses and models and issue recommandations
- Participate in the budget and month-end process
- Develop and improve project costing model and budgeting process
- Improve accounting and finance policies and procedures
- Ensure the efficiency and quality of programs in place within the organization
- Support our US subsidiary

**Are you the person we’re looking for ?**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent training
- CPA certification an asset
- 4 years’ experience in a similar position
- **Specific knowledge essential**: Comfortable working with Windows and MS Office (Excel)
- **Specific knowledge desired**: Knowledge of ERP systems and accounting software, ability to communicate in French and English to exchange with our partners.
- **Key skills required**: Strong sense of confidentiality and rigor, organizational skills, analytial mind. Ability to work on several files at the same time and to collaborate with various players (internal / external)
